1- The product cannot be replaced or returned after it has been delivered to the shipping company, as the product is classified as a cosmetic product.
2- When the shipment is returned to the warehouse due to the customer not receiving it, the shipment will not be returned again until the amount of 45 SAR is transferred as a return shipping fee. Otherwise, 45 SAR will be deducted and the remaining amount will be deposited into the customer's account.
3- If coordination is made with the management and the return of the perfume is approved, the customer is obligated to deliver the shipment to the shipping company branch and the amount will be returned to him.
Once we receive the shipment, deduct the shipping and return fees.
4- Cash on delivery fees of 15 riyals are taken by the shipping company in the event of a return shipment. This fee will also be deducted even if the warranty is gold.
5- In the last ten days of Ramadan, the shipment may be delayed until after Eid due to the heavy pressure on shipping companies. We appreciate your understanding.
6- If the shipment arrives open, it must not be received because all shipments are sent sealed and the shipping company has no right to open them.

If the shipment arrives damaged, please take a photo of the shipping policy and the product in one copy. A compensation request will be submitted to you if the product is damaged.
